Elizabeth Bula Maynard, Owner and Operator of Gatsby Glass of Southlake, is deeply rooted in the Southlake community. A Carroll Senior High School alumna (Class of 2007) and former Student Council President, she returned home with her husband to launch Gatsby Glass and give back to the place that shaped her early years.

For more than a decade, Elizabeth built an impressive career in the wine and spirits industry, rising through leadership roles in a field historically dominated by men. She began at Republic National Distributing Company, where she was one of only a handful of women on a 100-person sales team, and went on to become the first female Director of Sales at Banfi Fine Wines & Spirits. Over her 14 years in the industry, she established herself as a strategic leader and champion for women in business, paving the way for others to follow.

Now, Elizabeth is channeling that same entrepreneurial spirit into Gatsby Glass of Southlake, which specializes in custom glass solutions including wine rooms, showers, railings, partitions, and commercial storefronts. Her vision is to deliver an elevated customer experience through uncompromising integrity, exceptional service, and pride in craftsmanship.

Beyond business, Elizabeth is committed to supporting the Southlake community. She has already begun partnering with local organizations, including the Southlake Girls Softball Association, as part of her mission to invest in the next generation.

Jeff Joseph brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the glass industry to his role as Lead Install Technician at Gatsby Glass of Southlake. Growing up in his family’s glass company in California, Jeff developed not only deep technical knowledge but also a strong work ethic built on reliability, precision, and teamwork.

Over the years, Jeff has honed his skills across every aspect of residential and commercial glass work, from custom showers and window retrofits to large-scale storefront installations. His background includes both fieldwork and managerial oversight, giving him a comprehensive understanding of project flow—from accurate measuring and material selection to final installation.

Jeff is known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. He works closely with clients to understand their needs, minimize disruptions, and achieve precise, lasting results. His dedication to excellence and problem-solving mindset make him an invaluable part of the Gatsby Glass team.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in the glazing and commercial glass industry, Noe Cid is a seasoned professional recognized for his technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. He has worked extensively across residential and commercial projects, specializing in storefront systems, bullet-resistant glass, curtain walls, skylights, automatic doors, mirrors, and custom shower enclosures.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Noe brings strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to every project. Known for his reliability, craftsmanship, and deep product knowledge, he continues to set the standard for excellence in the Texas glass industry.
