He began his career in glass glazing in his early 20s, developing a deep understanding of craftsmanship, customer service, and job-site excellence. 

Josh later transitioned into logistics, where he built an exceptional safety record, logging over 2 million accident-free miles as a professional driver. This experience strengthened his expertise in operations, scheduling, accountability, and precision-skills that directly translate into how Gatsby Glass of Provo is run today. 

Beyond glass, Josh has successfully built and operated multiple businesses alongside his wife, Tiffany, demonstrating a proven ability to grow sustainable, service-driven companies. Launching Gatsby Glass of Provo was a strategic decision rooted in their passion for quality brands, strong systems, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Tiffany A Ralphs is an Owner of Gatsby Glass of Provo and serves as the driving force behind business development, customer experience, and client relationships. She began her career in the financial industry, spending over a decade with Wells Fargo as a Business Specialist, where she partnered closely with business owners to help them grow, scale, and operate more effectively. 

From a young age, Tiffany knew she wanted to build and own multiple businesses with a mission greater than profit-helping others succeed and become the best versions of themselves. Her professional background provides a strong foundation in financial strategy, operational structure, and customer-focused solutions, all of which shape the way Gatsby Glass of Provo serves its clients today.

Tiffany is known for her exceptional customer service standards, unwavering drive, and disciplined approach to both business and life. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond the professional realm; she is an accomplished competitive bodybuilder and recent overall champion, a testament to her dedication, resilience, and mental fortitude.

Josh Holdsambeck is the General Manager of Gatsby Glass of Provo, bringing a strong background in luxury home construction and high-end project management to both residential and commercial glass work. His experience in premium construction environments has shaped a leadership style centered on precision, organization, and an exceptional client experience.

At Gatsby Glass, Josh focuses on building strong teams, developing clear processes, and ensuring dependable execution from start to finish. He works closely with clients, builders, and installation crews to uphold Gatsby’s standards for craftsmanship, communication, and reliability—delivering results that match the expectations of high-end design and construction.

Robert Linford – Operations Specialist | Commercial Division

Robert Linford serves as an Operations Specialist at Gatsby Glass of Provo and leads the company’s commercial division. With over 25 years of experience in the glass industry, Robert brings deep technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a steady commitment to quality on every project.

Robert manages field operations and oversees day-to-day shop coordination, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to Gatsby’s high standards. Known for his ability to troubleshoot challenges quickly, he is a trusted problem-solver who consistently finds practical solutions that support both customers and the team.

Robert takes pride in streamlining processes, improving communication, and delivering dependable results—especially on complex commercial jobs where precision and performance matter most.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys camping, golfing, and spending time with his family.
