Early Life and Education

Born and raised in Arlington, Virginia, Russell’s passion for architecture, design, and building high-performing teams was evident from a young age. He completed his education in Executive Leadership, Performance Leadership, and Data Analytics at the prestigious Cornell University.

Leadership at Gatsby Glass of Greater Katy

In 2024, Russell launched Gatsby Glass of Greater Katy, holding the position of Owner. Under his leadership, the company experienced exponential growth, expanding its capabilities in advanced glass technologies such as energy-efficient glass, smart glass, bullet-resistant glass, and decorative architectural glass.

Russell spearheaded several high-profile projects, including partnerships with custom home builders, interior designers, property management companies, and high-end commercial developments, solidifying Gatsby Glass of Greater Katy’s reputation as a leader in custom glass solutions.

As the Owner, Russell is known for his commitment to sustainability and innovation.
