Communication was not great; the bid didn’t come when they said it would, so I had to contact them to say I had not gotten their bid. After we accepted the bid, they said it would be one to two weeks to get the installation done. Four weeks later I contacted them to say I had gotten no response to schedule the installation. They responded back to me quickly and got me right on their schedule. The installers notified me in the time that was scheduled and said they were on their way. They were very quick installing and did a beautiful job. I am very happy with that side of it.

Best sales and service experience I’ve had in a long time from anyone. I price compared a lot of local companies for a shower screen and they came in significantly lower—very reasonable and refreshing to see. Many other bids were ridiculously priced! I could have got price matching online, but Gatsby is local for me and gave major value-added service. They also responded quickly and provided the best turnaround time. I’m a DIY customer and their delivery was bar none superior and helpful. They willingly shared install info and tips, which was gold to me. I WILL be using them again.
