Excellent Customer Service
We had a wonderful experience with Gatsby Glass. Our shower is very unique, so it was far from a standard measure and install. There were tricky angles that needed to be considered and hard to account for. Our first door was installed, and it didn’t fit well. There were unforeseen issues with it, and it just wasn’t going to work. I called Gatsby Glass to just let them know what to do if they ever encountered the same type of shower, and they offered to order another door at no cost to us. Needless to say, I was thrilled! Dave came out to see what was wrong and to make sure the second door corrected our issue. Josh hung both doors, and the second one is perfect! He adjusted it further after he hung it, and it now closes beautifully. Not many companies would have done this. They provide excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone in need of good service and a shower door. They definitely stand behind their product.
